Terms and Conditions
Versione 4 · in vigore dal 31/10/2026
Welcome to DajeTV. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the DajeTV app, the web portal and the related services. By using the app you accept them: please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
DajeTV is provided by I Duck S.r.l., registered office at Via Conte Camillo Benso di Cavour 42, 10123 Turin (TO), Italy, VAT number IT08644270012 ("we"). For any question you can write to amministrazione@iduck.it (certified email: iduck@pec.it).
2. What DajeTV is
DajeTV is a player: it plays playlists (M3U, Xtream Codes) and TV guides that you add.
- We do not provide any content: no channel, film, series or playlist is included in the app or sold by us.
- Content comes from the providers you choose: we do not control them and we are not responsible for their availability, quality or lawfulness.
- The VPN feature uses the profiles (WireGuard or OpenVPN) that you enter: we do not sell a VPN service.
3. Permitted use
You may use DajeTV only for content you have the right to watch.
- You must not use the app to access content without the authorisation of the rights holders or to break the law.
- You must not copy, modify, decompile or resell the app, or circumvent its licence.
- Use of the VPN must comply with the laws of your country and the terms of your provider.
You are solely responsible for the playlists, TV guides and VPN profiles you add to the app and for the content you watch with DajeTV: before using them you must make sure you have the right to do so. To the extent permitted by law, if your unlawful use of the app causes us claims or damage from third parties, you are liable for them.
If the app is used in breach of these Terms we may suspend or block the device.
4. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use DajeTV on your devices, under the terms of the active subscription.
- On first launch every device gets a 30-day free trial.
- After the trial, an annual subscription or a voucher is needed to continue. There are three subscriptions: 1 device, 4 synced devices and 7 synced devices, at the prices shown in the store or on the portal at the time of purchase (VAT included).
- The licence belongs to the device that purchases it (if purchased from the web portal, to the device you signed in with). You can transfer it to another device within the limits shown in the app.
5. Licences for multiple synced devices
The 4-device and 7-device licences cover the device that purchases them and the devices in its sync group (Settings › Sync devices). Devices in a group always share favourites, recents, watched items and resume points: this is why multi-device licences are meant for the devices of a single user.
- Every device that joins the group takes a free seat by itself, in order of joining, and moves from trial to licensed. A device that already has its own licence does not take a seat.
- A device that leaves the group loses its seat: it goes back to the trial if it still has days left, otherwise its licence is expired. If the device that purchased the licence leaves, the licence stays with it and the other devices lose their seats.
- All seats expire together with the licence.
- A freed seat can move to another device at most 3 times a year.
- To move to a subscription with more devices you purchase the larger one; the previous one is not refunded and no longer renews if you cancel it.
6. Purchases, renewals and refunds
- Store purchases (Amazon Appstore, Google Play): payment, automatic renewal, cancellation and refunds follow the store's rules. Cancellation is done from your store account.
- Web portal purchases: payment is handled by Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase.
- Vouchers: valid for the stated duration and not exchangeable for cash.
If you are a consumer you have the rights granted by law. For digital content, the right of withdrawal ends when the service starts immediately, with your express consent given at the time of purchase.
7. Third-party services
Payments are handled by Amazon, Google or Stripe under their own terms.
If you add a third-party VPN service (for example Surfshark) with your own credentials, the service is provided by that provider under its own terms: DajeTV is not affiliated with it and is not responsible for how it works.
8. Availability and updates
We do our best to keep the app and the services always working, but we cannot guarantee it: there may be interruptions for maintenance or external causes.
For security and proper operation we may require an update to a newer version: versions that are too old may stop working.
9. Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for the content of the providers you choose, for damage caused by use that does not comply with these Terms, or for service interruptions not caused by us. This does not affect the rights granted by law to consumers or cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using DajeTV at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate the service for a device in case of breach of these Terms or where required by law.
11. Changes
We may change these Terms. If a change is significant we show it to you when the app starts and ask you to accept it again. If you do not accept it, the app cannot be used.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the courts of the place where you live have jurisdiction, and any more favourable protection under the law of your country continues to apply.
