Privacy Policy

Versione 5 · in vigore dal 31/10/2026

This policy explains what data DajeTV processes and why. In short: no account, only what is strictly necessary, and anything sensitive is encrypted.

1. Data controller

I Duck S.r.l., registered office at Via Conte Camillo Benso di Cavour 42, 10123 Turin (TO), Italy, VAT number IT08644270012. For privacy matters you can contact us using the contact form on the website (dajetv.com/contact) or by post at our registered office.

2. What data we process

Favourites, resume points and preferences stay only on your device and we do not receive them, except for the encrypted backup and the sync between devices, if you turn it on.

3. Why we process it

We do not use data for advertising and we do not sell it.

4. Who we share it with

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).

5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights

You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, receive it in a readable format and object to its processing. Write to us using the contact form on the website (dajetv.com/contact) or by post at our registered office, stating the device ID you find in the app. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or with the supervisory authority of your country.

7. Children

DajeTV is not intended for children under the minimum age set by your country for consenting to online services (14 in Italy).

8. Web portal and dajetv.com website

The portal uses only a technical session cookie, needed to sign in. No profiling cookies.

The dajetv.com website stores in your browser only the language you chose and your cookie choice. Only if you accept it in the cookie banner does it also use Google Analytics (visit statistics: pages viewed, country, device type) and Google Ads (to know whether a download comes from one of our ads). These services are provided by Google Ireland Limited; data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the website pages; details are in the website's Cookie policy.

If you write to us using the website's contact form, we use the subject, your email and your message only to reply to you, and we keep them only for as long as needed to handle your request.

9. Changes

If we change this policy in a significant way we show it to you when the app starts and ask you to accept it again.
